About this role

Deine Aufgaben Als Head of Infrastructure Services und Teil unserer Unit Digitalization bist du der Architekt unserer zukünftigen technologischen Basis. Du transformierst unsere gewachsene IT-Landschaft in moderne, skalierbare Architekturen und stellst einen reibungslosen sowie zuverlässigen Betrieb sicher – insbesondere für unsere systemkritischen Bereiche Produktion, Labor und Verpackung. Führung & Strategie: Du übernimmst die disziplinarische und fachliche Führung sowie die Weiterentwicklung unseres IT-Infrastruktur-Teams (z. B. Systemadministratoren (m/w/d) und Netzwerktechniker (m/w/d)). Cloud Transformation: Du planst, designst und steuerst hands-on unsere Migration hin zu modernen Cloud- und Hybrid-Architekturen (z. B.
