Main responsibilities: Handle inbound calls, emails, and social media enquiries related to dental/medical services. Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments across multiple clinic locations. Provide accurate information on treatments, procedures, promotions, and clinic policies. Verify patient information and maintain accurate records in the clinic management system. Assist patients with pre-treatment preparation instructions and post-treatment care guidance. Manage urgent cases by escalating to the appropriate clinic staff. Monitor and respond to patient feedback and enquiries on social media platforms.
