About this role
Main responsibilities: Meeting with patients to discuss their orthodontic needs, explaining treatment options, and providing information on treatment plans, timelines, and costs. Assisting orthodontists in creating and coordinating treatment plans for patients, including scheduling appointments for diagnostic records, consultations, and treatment procedures. Providing estimates and discussing financial options with patients, coordinating financial arrangements, processing insurance claims, and managing patient accounts and payments. Serving as a point of contact for patients, answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing ongoing communication and support throughout the course of orthodontic treatment.…
