About this role
SUMMARY The Property Manager is responsible for the day-to-day business operations and the management of those policies, procedures and programs that will assure a well-managed, well-maintained community within the Affordable and Subsidized Senior Communities’ portfolio. In addition, will ensure quality customer service, compliance with mandated regulatory programs, maintain operations budgets, environmental health and safety compliance and achieve cost efficiencies. Provide superior customer service by modeling the Brand Promise and Core Values. STATUS: Full-time LOCATION: Resch Commons SCHEDULE: Day shift Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma required.
