About this role

Deine Aufgaben Du treibst Service und Support rund um unsere GovTech-SaaS-Plattform voran und entwickelst den Bereich weiter. Unsere Kund:innen aus öffentlichem und privatem Sektor betreiben ihre Systeme unter vertraglichen SLAs. Du gestaltest, wie Support hier künftig funktioniert, und sorgst dafür, dass er im Tagesgeschäft verlässlich trägt. Du baust den Service- und Support-Prozess für unsere No-Code-/Low-Code-Plattform weiter aus. Du nimmst die heutige Support-Realität auf, entwirfst die L1- bis L3-Flows und Eskalationswege, rollst sie aus und entwickelst sie KPI-gestützt weiter. AI setzt du dabei von Anfang an konsequent ein.
