Evening Shift - 7.5 Hours (United States of America) Job Description The Admitting Clerk will be booking inpatient admissions and ambulatory surgery procedures, and keep accurate census. She/he will transfer and discharge patients, maintain and update bed-tracking system. She/he will be responsible for managing the hospitals beds, making assignments, recommending intra-hospital transfers as necessary and ensuring that all patients are placed appropriately.
