Summary Statement: The Apprentice Bartender is responsible for servicing the guests in a courteous and professional manner, while assisting bartenders throughout the course of business. This role ensures bar areas are always cleaned, organized, and properly stocked with prepped ingredients. Primary Job Duties: Includes but is not limited to: Greet and welcome all guests in a professional manner. Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the bar area. Ensure the bar is properly stocked with supplies necessary for service. Replenish ice coolers, garnish trays, straws, and napkins holders.
