Assistant Bartender, Pool Service Bars

Summary Statement: The Apprentice Bartender is responsible for servicing the guests in a courteous and professional manner, while assisting bartenders throughout the course of business. This role ensures bar areas are always cleaned, organized and properly stocked with prepped ingredients. Primary Job Duties: – Includes but is not limited to: Greet and welcome all guests in a professional manner. Ensure the bar is properly stocked with supplies necessary for service.
