Summary Statement: Model Cocktail Server, Zouk is responsible for beverage service of all VIP tables and seating areas in a high-volume restaurant, bar, lounge or pool. Primary Job Duties: Includes but is not limited to: Greet, serve, interact and entertain guests courteously and in a timely manner with an upbeat attitude. Respond to guest inquiries and requests, concerns and complaints regarding beverages and correct and resolve in a courteous and respectful manner. Anticipate guest needs and inform guest about venues, menus, specials, pricing and directions. Strong knowledge of portion control and product identification.
