About this role
Primary Job Duties: Includes but is not limited to: Manage the daily operation for the Luxury Services department, ensuring seamlessness in stay regarding high-profile casino and VIP guests. Oversees the FB operations of In Room Dining, In-Villa meal services, as well as overall FB operations of the Baccarat space, wine and liquor selection, and inventory control. Assists with planning and execution of private functions within the Villas, Presidential and Palace suites to include menu selections, pricing and staffing of the event. Partners with the culinary team on the development and implementation of offerings, menu presentations and menu education of the Butlers. Aid with Butler assignments, scheduling, and FTE management (Time-off requests, EOs, and EDOs).…
