Summary Statement: It is the primary responsibility of the Representative - Promotions and Events, to complete various tasks related to supporting various events hosted by Resorts World including providing excellent customer service skills to guests. Primary Job Duties: Includes but is not limited to: Assist with pre-event planning, tasks, and projects. Serve as a greeter, brand ambassador, usher, and/or ticket taker for various special events. Assemble gift packages, mailers, welcome packets, and other event related materials. Complete guest check-in while providing excellent customer service in all interactions with guests.
