Summary Statement: The Technician II, Facilities will perform under general supervision servicing, adjusting, and repairing all types of heating and ventilating systems, control systems, air circulating systems, plumbing systems, electrical systems, and refrigeration systems. This position is under the direction and leadership of the facilities department and will work towards attaining maintenance goals and company objectives in accordance with all laws and regulations, as well as Resorts World Las Vegas policies, practices, and procedures. Primary Job Duties: Includes but is not limited to: Perform skilled technical duties involving repair, maintenance, replacement, installation of heating, air-conditioning, and distribution systems, as necessary.…
