Summary Statement: Facility Technician will perform under general supervision, servicing, adjusting, and repair of all types of heating and ventilating systems, control systems, air circulating systems, plumbing systems, electrical systems, and refrigeration systems. Maintenance Technician will perform all other related duties as assigned.
