About this role

Primary Job Duties: Includes but is not limited to: Perform skilled technical duties involving the repair, maintenance, adjustment, replacement, and installation of all types of HVAC-R systems. Perform skilled technical duties related to the repair, maintenance, adjustment, replacement, and installation of the building automation system. Handle skilled technical duties involving the repair, maintenance, adjustment, replacement, and installation of building pumps and electrical systems. Perform tasks regularly assigned to a maintenance technician, with additional duties as needed, in accordance with departmental and property rules, policies, and procedures.
