Job Description: The Assistant Quality Director will help develop, train, and maintain the Mission Critical Quality Program while providing services as necessary to monitor and audit the effectiveness and quality of the programs being implemented by the project team, reporting the results to management. Some things you can expect to do: Ensure team members understand what is expected of them and hold them accountable for performance, provide regular feedback and have development conversations, delegate appropriate tasks and provide timely and meaningful recognition.
