Location: 2 North Church Street West Chester, PA 19380 or 100 Corporate Center Drive Suite 200 Camp Hill, Pa 17011 Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Additional hours as necessary to meet the objectives of the department) Function: Responsible for providing key support in coaching and training for branch colleagues. This role will be responsible for mentoring, coaching, training and analyzing branch sales colleagues in a variety of roles (BM, Banker, Universal Banker and Teller); specifically tasked with working alongside branch colleagues to provide sales and service coaching in an effort to increase overall performance and customer satisfaction.…
