About this role

Saab Brasil is looking for an IT Support Technician to join our IT team. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for internal users and stakeholders, providing technical support and ensuring the day-to-day availability of our IT systems and network. Key responsibilities: Provide technical support to users, both remotely and in person; Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues; Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems; Repair and replace computer and network components; Support IT security by managing access, security protocols, antivirus, and firewall solutions; Record and document IT issues and user requests; Create and update self-help documentation; Provide guidance and training to users when needed.…
