Din roll Som produktionsledare leder du det dagliga arbetet på måleriavdelningen och arbetar aktivt med att utveckla och effektivisera verksamheten både i det dagliga men även på sikt. På avdelningen arbetar idag cirka 35 medarbetare fördelat på tre stycken skiftlag var av ett arbetar ständig natt. I tjänsten som produktionsledare ingår det att arbeta tvåskift. I rollen ingår fullt personalansvar. Arbetsuppgifterna som bedrivs inom verksamheten är bland annat maskering, slipning samt lackering, det ingår även att kontrollera utfört arbete genom.…
