About this role

Job Description: Saab, Inc. is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Senior Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) to join our Quality team. As a Senior SQE, you will oversee the quality of products and services received from external suppliers. This position will be based on-site at our Syracuse, NY location and requires up to 50% travel. Responsibilities: Supplier selection and evaluation: Assess potential suppliers’ capabilities through technical reviews, quality system audits, and site visits to ensure they can meet quality requirements. Supplier performance monitoring: Track supplier quality metrics such as defect rates, delivery performance, and compliance to identify improvement opportunities and hold suppliers accountable to quality standards.…
