THE POSITION IN A NUTSHELL Sciens Building Solutions seeks a Service Team Lead. The Service Team Lead’s primary function is to manage the performance of assigned Inspectors and Service Technicians to achieve a high customer satisfaction level, ensuring customers receive knowledgeable, responsive, professional, and courteous service. This person will be responsible for managing and mentoring the team members in all aspects of their assigned responsibilities, company policies, and procedures. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING (and doing well!)
