Job Description Summary The Health and Wellness Case Manager will provide nonclinical case management and primarily work within Student Affairs, addressing and responding to students of concern and providing health care resource management, wellness navigation, and holistic student support. The Health and Wellness Case Manager is responsible for serving as a key responder to students of concern through helping them identify, access, and coordinate care among appropriate on-campus and community resources. The Health and Wellness Case Manager as the university's primary wellness navigator and care coordinator, assisting students in accessing healthcare, mental health, telehealth, urgent care, specialist, and community-based resources.…
