Manager Coding and Clinical Documentation Improvement

Job Description​ Provides strategic and operational leadership for the Clinical Documentation Integrity program. This role drives initiatives that strengthen provider engagement, improve documentation accuracy, and ensure accountability across the program. The Manager translates organizational priorities into effective workflows and team practices that support accurate, complete, and compliant clinical documentation for quality patient care, appropriate reimbursement, and reliable quality outcomes.
