Job Description The Opportunity: Saint Luke’s South Hospital in Overland Park, Kansas is seeking a Sterile Processing Technician. You will have the opportunity to expand your skill set, work in a challenging fast-paced environment, and be supported through continuous learning and professional development. Shift Details: Monday-Friday Evening Shift Weekend Rotation and Holiday Call Required. The Work: · Responsible for the processing, sterilization, and documentation related to sterility of instruments used in the surgery department and on-site/off-site clinics in accordance with AORN and AAMI standards. · Decontaminates and assembles instrument sets and surgery trays using count sheets.
