Position Title: Judicial Assistant III (may underfill) Bargaining Unit: AFSCME Job Description: Under the direction of the Justice Court Section Manager/Supervisor, performs a variety of specialized duties necessary for the day-to-day operation of the Salt Lake City Justice Court under a hybrid work model. This position requires extensive knowledge of the judicial system, court procedures, legal processes, various interpreter processes, broad knowledge of due process with a high level of confidentiality and problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide accurate, timely, and courteous customer service under sometimes stressful circumstances.
