Position Summary Role and Responsibilities Responsible for the continuous improvement of LTE RAN network performance by evaluating and trending key performance indicators and performance trials. Responsible for troubleshooting and issue resolution in Samsung 4G and 5G products to ensure all issues during new site deployment or site swap are addressed in pre-defined SLAs.
