Position Summary Role and Responsibilities We are looking for a European Employee Relations and Policy Manager with professional experience in complex ER casework, management of employee representative bodies, and the implementation and management of HR policies. You will be part of the European Office People Team (EOPT), which supports, guides, and collaborates with 19 different People Teams across 35+ countries in Europe.
