Position Summary In your role as a TEM Analysis Engineer, you'll be responsible for performing TEM analysis on semiconductor devices to understand the profiles, critical dimensions, chemical composition & distribution, defect composition & occurrence step. You'll also generate in-depth report to help requesters making decisions on tool status change, process adjustment, wafer disposal et al, which is critical for the Fab to meet yield, TAT and cost reduction goals.…
