Job Description Summary The Country Head Belgium is responsible for leading and driving the overall business performance, strategy, and operations of the Belgian organization. This role holds full P&L accountability and ensures the achievement of sales, market share, growth, and profitability targets in alignment with Sandoz global and regional priorities.
