Job Description Summary The Head O2C & TCM – GCC is responsible for leading end-to-end Order to Cash and Treasury & Cash Management service delivery across the Global Capability Centre, ensuring accurate, timely, compliant, and customer-focused operations across countries and regions in scope. The role owns global O2C and TCM delivery across cash application, collections, credit, reporting, deductions, receivables management, payments, cash forecasting, cash accounting, liquidity support, bank administration, treasury controls, and related month-end close activities.
