Job Description Summary We are seeking an experienced and proactive Hire-to-Retire Expert to join our P&O Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end HR operational excellence across the employee lifecycle, payroll administration, benefits administration, and time & attendance processes. You will be accountable for achieving defined KPIs, service levels, and internal control requirements (including 4-eye reviews).
