About this role
We are seeking an Engineer – Parts & Service to join our Middle East team, part of SMR Sales Area Southern Europe and Middle East. This position will be based in Dubai, UAE. In this role, you will: Drive parts sales and support dealers/customers in service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Sandvik Surface and Underground Drills. Deliver training to dealer and customer service teams. Provide technical support for commissioning, warranty handling, and advanced repairs. This position requires extensive travel across Middle Eastern countries and flexibility in working hours to meet customer needs.
