Walter is recruiting for a Working Student Digital Learning & Development (m/f/d) Your Responsibilities: You help design blended learning content by developing engaging e-learning modules covering both technical/product knowledge (e.g., machinery, tools, and processes) and soft skills (e.g., communication, leadership, and teamwork) using authoring tools. You collaborate with technical experts and HR/L&D stakeholders to translate complex technical procedures and behavioral competencies into clear, engaging, and digestible learning materials.
