The Compensation Specialist assists in the review and administration of SanMar's compensation program. The position identifies compensation policy and practice opportunities which may make a positive difference to the business and the employee experience, and makes recommendations for change to the Director, Compensation & Benefits.
What Will You Be Doing?
Maintain job description library, drafting and updating job descriptions, evaluating jobs, and determining their classification.
