About this role
职位描述： 📝 主要职责 数据处理与维护 协助收集、整理和清洗来自供应商及内部系统的库存、订单及销售数据 维护VMI相关数据库及报表，确保数据准确性与及时性 定期更新供应商主数据（Vendor Master Data），识别并处理数据异常 数据分析与报告 协助制作日常/周度/月度VMI运营报告，追踪关键指标（如库存水位、补货频率、订单履行率等） 运用Excel、Power BI等工具进行数据可视化，支持业务决策 协助分析库存偏差原因，提出改善建议 跨部门协作 与采购、物流、供应商等相关方保持沟通，协调数据核对与问题解决 支持团队完成临时性数据分析及项目任务 🎓 任职要求 基本条件 在读本科以上，专业不限，供应链管理、数据科学、统计学、工商管理等相关专业优先 每周可到岗 3～5天，实习期不少于 3个月 技能要求 熟练使用 Microsoft Excel（数据透视表、VLOOKUP、基础函数等） 具备基础数据分析能力，了解数据清洗与统计方法 有 SQL / Python / Power BI 使用经验者优先 英语读写能力良好（工作中需阅读英文文档） 软技能 细心严谨，具备良好的数据敏感度 主动积极，具备较强的学习能力和问题解决意识 良好的沟通与团队协作能力 Pursue progress , discover extraordinary Better is out there.
