Job Summary The Accounting Manager reports to the Finance Director of Corporate Accounting and is responsible for leading the Company's day-to-day accounting operations while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the general ledger. This hands-on leadership role oversees the monthly close process and core accounting functions, including payroll, operating expenses, capital expenditures, fixed assets, cash, and bank account reconciliations. The Accounting Manager plays a critical role in supporting the Finance Director with the preparation of consolidated financial statements and internal/external financial reporting by delivering timely, accurate financial information, maintaining strong internal controls, and ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP.…
