En Savills España, consultora inmobiliaria internacional, queremos incorporar un/a Proyectista Logístico Industrial para formar parte del equipo de Arquitectura de la compañía, basado en Madrid. Funciones: Desarrollo completo de la documentación técnica para proyectos industriales y logísticos: memorias, planos, detalles constructivos, mediciones y layouts de implantación, asegurando el cumplimiento normativo y la integración de aportaciones de ingenierías especializadas. Supervisión técnica de la ejecución, coordinación con contratistas y proveedores, control de calidad y plazos, resolución de incidencias y seguimiento económico hasta la entrega final del activo.…
