Role Overview An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded and entrepreneurial Director to establish and grow Savills' Hotel Operator Selection and Advisory offering across the UK. Working within the Hotels team and wider Operational Capital Markets platform, you will advise hotel owners, developers, investors and lenders on operator procurement, brand strategy, management agreement negotiations and asset positioning, helping clients maximise value across the hotel lifecycle.
