As our part-time OPS Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll serve as the “front door to the county”, working in a fast-paced, high-volume position that responds to inquiries for all 17 departments of the Sarasota County government. The ideal candidate is familiar with Sarasota County and our geographic areas/cities (Sarasota, Venice, Englewood, Nokomis, Osprey, and North Port), is bilingual in Spanish, and has at least one (1) year of experience in a call center/customer service environment.…
