Perform Classification and Compensation tasks and coordinating payroll maintenance. This position serves as the subject matter expert for onboarding new hires and internal job changes. Responsible for Payroll file pass through for each pay period, I-9s, and all other related paperwork/processes. Classification and Compensation - Estimated 70% Assist with or lead compensation reviews to develop salary recommendations for new hires, promotions, and other job changes to ensure equity and compliance with County policies and collective bargaining agreements.…
