Duties include planning, organizing, training, coaching, compliance with various customers, company, government requirements and guidelines. What you’ll do: Monitoring daily production variance, yield variance, mass balance, and process losses. Driving improvements in the recovery of protein, lactose, fat, and utility systems. Analyzing deviations, conducting root cause analysis, implementing corrective actions, and tracking recovery KPIs. Preparing variance and recovery reports, while coordinating closely with the Production, Quality, & Maintenance teams to achieve overall plant targets.…
