Essential Duties and Responsibilities 1. Demonstrate mastery of a wide range of assembly operations such as operating machinery, packaging products, building products and soldering. 2. Learning advanced skills such as product rework, machine maintenance, and interpreting engineering drawings. 3. Relies on experience to solve problems and build different products. 4. Meets the quality and productivity standards of the department. 5. Applies knowledge to teach others and improve processes. 6. Demonstrates initiative and desire to learn new skills and take on new responsibilities. 7. Be aware of safety issues within assigned area. 8.
