About this role

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Participate in the design, implementation, and test of firmware/software systems. Understand hardware and software interactions, and collaborate with Hardware Engineers. Prepare and maintain designs and test documentation. Mentor Associate Engineers and Technicians. Participate in software code and design reviews. Work independently, solve problems and take ownership of technical issues. Follow and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles. Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or significant on-the-job software development experience.
