About this role

Ihre interessanten Aufgaben In dieser Position übernehmen Sie die Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Offerten sowie die vollständige Auftragsabwicklung im ERP-System inklusive Abstimmung mit Stammhaus und Logistik. Sie pflegen und aktualisieren Kundenstammdaten und verantworten die Fakturierung, die Überwachung von Zahlungseingängen sowie die Klärung offener Posten. Als zentrale Ansprechperson betreuen Sie unsere Kunden telefonisch und schriftlich und beraten zu Produkten, Preisen und Lieferterminen. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Produktmanagement und Export stellen Sie eine reibungslose Auftragsabwicklung sicher und unterstützen bei Abstimmungen und Rückfragen.…
