About this role

Ihre interessanten Aufgaben Als direkter Ansprechpartner betreuen Sie unsere Kunden und Interessenten in Deutschland: Sie beraten und unterstützen sie telefonisch bei allen Fragen rund um unsere Markenprodukte, erstellen Angebote, steuern die Auftragsabwicklung und gewährleisten die termingerechte Lieferung. Darüber hinaus übernehmen Sie die Rechnungsstellung und sind für die Pflege der Kundendaten verantwortlich. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktmanagement bringen Sie sich zudem aktiv in das Projekt- und Reklamationsmanagement ein. Mit Ihrer Fachkompetenz unterstützen Sie unser Außendienst-Team entlang des gesamten Kundenprozesses – von der Akquise bis zum Zahlungseingang.…
