Responsible for managing and administering SCI’s 401(k) plan, managing compliance issues (e.g., ACA) and researching, evaluating and administering company benefit programs that attract and retain associates while ensuring compliance with all federal and state regulations. Functions as a liaison between vendors and associates. Job Description Benefits Administration Administers all aspects of SCI’s $2B 401k plans (one union plan and one non-union), as well as a defined contribution plan in Puerto Rico (e.g., vendor management, communications, funding, audit, etc.).
