As part of our growing SAP MPS and BPO organization, you will act as the country payroll expert, leading payroll delivery, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic client relationships. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end payroll delivery using SAP SuccessFactors (EC, ECP, PCC). Ensure compliance with local payroll, tax, and labour regulations. Lead payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, quality, and SLA adherence. Act as the primary client contact for payroll-related matters. Provide expert guidance on payroll processes, configurations, and legislation. Lead payroll implementations, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
