JOB DESCRIPTION Responsibilities Assist the Vice President (Engineering) in the management of the Engineering Department. Manage engineering and technical support processes, by implementing the engineering related procedures and work instructions in the Quality Management System (QMS). Monitor engineering activities to ensure efficient engineering design production as well as meeting engineering progress schedules. Perform relevant elements of contract review, as required, including preparation and review of engineering responsibility matrix. Respond to customer complaints and take corrective actions on errors of staff and subcontractors to requirements defined in the Corrective Action Procedure of the QMS.…
