Position Summary 1. Meet customers' needs by achieving the production target through production progress management. 2. Achieve production target by managing production forecast and production KPI (Key Performance Indicator). Role and Responsibilities Role Purpose This position is responsible for the overall injection operational process. The Injection Mold Supervisor should ensure that all of the injection machines is running properly and that the members of the technical team are properly trained and supervise activities related and manpower saving through innovative process improvement.
