About this role

Position Summary Galaxy Value Innovation (GVI) is responsible for driving the Lifecycle of Samsung devices in the areas of Trade-in, Refurb & Certified Renewed (CRN). As GVI Programme Lead, you will be driving the revenue through a blend of partner management, sales analytics and operations. This role includes owning the market understanding that shapes our strategy. This scope includes, but not limited to: • Partner Management & Sales • Market Intelligence & Analytics • Playbook & Policy Development Role and Responsibilities Reporting to the Head of GVI, this role sits at the intersection of commercial, analytics, and sales execution.
