About this role

Are you a naturally curious person who likes to provide excellent customer service? If so, the Group Help team has an opportunity to join our team as a Technology Services Specialist. This position is in the Specialist band as an S3. The Group Help team is part of Affinity Technology Solutions within Enterprise Technology. As a member of the team, you will be responsible for providing level 1 technical support for Employee Benefits Solutions (EBS) and Affinity Solutions systems. This includes researching issues to either resolve or escalate with the necessary information.
